[isf-wifidog] Simple "Howto" for wifi dog

Hi

Thanks. The system is a linux-based ADSL router. The iptables command is
available, and runs without complaint if I run the failed commands
manually. I have since ascertained that the error messages are a
red-herring. The commands are being executed successfully. However,
nothing is happening with the wireless PCs - they can just connect to
anywhere on the internet without being redirected by wifidog. 

It is obvious that I am not doing something right. All I want is for
those connecting to be redirected to a simple web page that shows them a
message. I have tried using any old web page as the auth server, but
with no success. Nothing in the docs or the FAQ has helped so far.

That is why I am looking for a simple "howto", with examples.
