[isf-wifidog] Allow/Deny connexion hours on the server

Hi everybody,

I'm pretty new to the list, I've installed the authentication server first
on a windows server (planning to migrate on a linux server) and have a few
WRT54G with DDWRT and the wifidog client. I know it's possible to set the
allowed connexion hours in the router with the DDWRT firmware, but I'd like
to do it in a more centralized way.
I'm using the Splash only mode for now (no user defnied yet, that'll be the
next step)
