[isf-wifidog] Active users are logged out

We are noticing that users are being logged out for inactivity even when they are not inactive.  Tcpdump tells me that they are being pinged, and that they are responding to the pings.  The DHCP lease time is set to be lower than the timeout interval.  Furthermore, when users click "log out", they are not logged out right away.  What could be the cause of this?
