[isf-wifidog] Newbie Server install questions

Well, newbies make dumb mistakes, the wifidog installation was incomplete. I had only
copied the wifidog directory into the web server's space. I did not copy the sql directory.
A look at http://wifidog.win-msu.net/index.php now shows where I am. There are error
messages at the top of the screen. I will try to figure them out, but it you have
suggestions, please make them.
