[isf-wifidog] UI + usecase suggestions for Wifidog portal pages

.local addresses work on windows, linux, bsd, AND Mac OS X.

All you need to do is configure dnsmasq or whatever the dns proxy is on 
OpenWRT to direct the hotspot.local dns name to the local IP address.

Bonjour happens to make use of .local addressing, but it isn't an 
integral part of .local addressing.
