[isf-wifidog] UI + usecase suggestions for Wifidog portal pages

I'm sure it's super easy to do, I'll check it out.

But btw, we could always push .local in the DNS search thing  
parameter by DHCP.

and have

hotspot.local
here.local

go to the right portal page.
