[isf-wifidog] configuration of authserv

Have you tried http://10.8.134.1/install.php ?
You can also do a small test by creating a file with <? echo "Hello"; ?> in the /var/www folder and try to access the file in your browser; if it doesn't show, you might have a problem with your web server.
