[isf-wifidog] Delete the default-network

Hello,

Changing the default network is done from the virtual host.  In the
Wifidog admin interface, under Server Administration, click on Virtual
Hosts and edit the virtual host for your system.  One of the option is
the default network. 

Once that is changed, you can probably delete the old default-network
