[isf-wifidog] New developer with commit access

Hello everyone,

I am happy to announce that I have granted Robin Jones commit access to 
wifidog's SVN server.  This also grants him access to close and modify 
tickets.

He has sent several high quality patches, and willingness to work as a team.  
It was time for a promotion.

Among other things, Robin is responsable for much of the recent install script 
improvements.
