[isf-wifidog] JiWire formatted CSV node list export

** I CCed the list since I think your question might be asked by
other list members **

We are in the process of upgrading all our routers to Whiterussian
RC5, at the same time we decided to switch to using the MAC address
for uniquely identifying a node. Last year we added the code
(contribution from Schuyler Erle) to the Wifidog gateway. This way,
once we flash a router (we created a new firmware image including
wifidog, vpn etc... ) the only thing that differs from one router to
another is its MAC address, so we never have to touch any config file
since the MAC address is burned in the router NVRAM by default.

This means that if we need to swap a broken router, we also need to
change the node id for a database record. As you might imagine, since
currently all connections are using this as as foreign key, changing
the node id is a real burden on the database (when you have many
thousands connections for one node). We plan to add another field
that will (in my example) be the MAC address, leaving a permanent ID
(which will probably be auto-generated).
