Hey Benoit,

If you all are in agreement on Support Tickets, I would be very happy to
implement it - I'm interested in making a code contribution and this seems
like a good one.

I am inclined to create it by implementing your GenericObject class. I'd
only ask that the Wifidog group specify the base requirements and hopefully
keep them simple but extensible.

Please let me know if this is an area where I can contribute.
