[isf-wifidog] fon is having pretty remarkable uptake with their method of deployement

thanks Rein,

I know that's it not one of the priorities for wfd right now, but i
think that we should keep it in mind as a very important use-case.

I'm hoping that we can devote some resources at ISF towards UI - I'm
optimistic that we can develop the next design by working with a UI
specialist towards agreed-upon mockups and use-cases.  It's pretty
iffy though whether we have enough money right now to get started.
