[isf-wifidog] Google maps almost working

I have google maps working, sort of.  Go to http://wifidog.win-msu.net/hotspots_map.php for 
a look.

Only one of the nodes is shown as operational, and they are all operational.  I have checked, 
and re-checked each nodes information and they have identical information and are marked 
"deployed".  Of course, the names and coordinates are different.

Can anyone tell me what triggers the operational/non-operational indicator on the google 
maps?
