[isf-wifidog] Newbie Server install questions

Again, thank you for taking the time to reply.

I have re-installed everything, entering passwords for the postgreSQL user "wifidog" this 
time.

One question you never answered is:

Are there any admin commands that can be used to interact with the wifidog server.  
Such as entering a new user and password?  Any such manual interaction with the 
wifidog server would confirm (to me) that it is working.
