Well, If you meet all requirements on the second screen and you have  
PostgreSQL up and running , you should be ok.

What version of Linux are you using ? Version f Apache, Version of  
PostgreSQL, PHP etc... Which PHP extensions are you missing ?

It's normal, you did not get to the point in the install where you  
actually type in the password you chose...
