<html><head><style type="text/css"><!-- DIV {margin:0px;} --></style></head><body><div style="font-family:times new roman,new york,times,serif;font-size:12pt">Alex, thanks for the info.&nbsp; I totally freaked yesterday.&nbsp; I'm still not sure how it happened, but I do know what happened.&nbsp; I had the Network configuration opened and I was copying configuration settings (hand keying) in to a design document I was writing.&nbsp; Somehow the authenticator parameter that defined where the user accounts are was cleared.&nbsp; (you know the 'default-network' setting in the default network).&nbsp; I ended up figuring this out when I queried the database and found that parameter missing.&nbsp; I used an update statement to add it back (fortunately I had the value from my document).&nbsp; That fixed it.<br><br>I do have one additional question though, I know that I can't delete Users through the web interface, but can I delete them directly from the

<div style="font-family: times new roman,new york,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;">I don't know what happened....&nbsp; I was logged in with my admin account documenting the settings.&nbsp; I was in the Network configuration page.&nbsp; I then clicked on the configure node option.&nbsp; I got an error (a bunch of code on the web page).&nbsp; I've seen this before when my account times out.&nbsp; I tried to log back in, and now it won't take my login ID.&nbsp; It keeps telling me unknown user name or password.&nbsp; Even though I was just logged in with that account.&nbsp; Also, because I used a bogus email address on that account, I now can't login.&nbsp; It appears that it corrupted my account somehow.&nbsp; How can I fix without having to rebuild the whole configuration?<br><div>&nbsp;</div>Dave Lamb, CCNA<br>312-560-6933 C<div><br></div></div><br>
