[isf-wifidog] 1 Gateway + Authserver for 96 locations?

Hi,

I justs started a WIFIDOG auth server for 200 WiFi locations in 
Malaysia, and I ran into the following problems,

1)  The User Role Permission cannot be activated for 
Network(NETWORK_OWNER).  I accidentally disabled them.

2)  How do I disable email validation?  Our email accounts are 
constantly black listed.

Appreciate if someone could assist.
