[isf-wifidog] SVN access

Thanks Philippe and Genevieve.

I intend to look at revamping logging in the gateway to root out the crashes
that a number of people have been reporting.

I would love to have a discussion on list, by email or on irc about how best
to proceed workflow wise. Back in the CSV/SourceForge day, the "cowboy"
approach worked well for me but it might be a bit much these days.
