[isf-wifidog] AuthPuppy 0.1.1-stable just released

Hello all,

AuthPuppy auth server's first stable version of the core has just been 
released:

- Core with simple authentication and node management
- Extendable through a user-friendly plugin management tool
- Easy installation procedure
- Fully translatable (translations in french available)
- Fully compatible with Windows IIS servers
- Database-agnostic (tested with postgresql and mysql)

To see what extra functionnalities and authentication methods are 
available so far, visit http://plugins.authpuppy.org for up to date 
plugin information.  Plugins are added and released much more often than 
the core.
