[isf-wifidog] release of Auth -Server

Howdy,

 

was wondering around the Auth-Server and when we might see like a 1.0
release of it.

Tried to install the current version and ran into issues with and older
version of Smarty not easy to fix.

I got it all running now, just would be nice to see a proper working
version at some point.
