Hi,

If at all possible, do this:

Nfs mount a large (>1GB) volume and modify the startup script to use -d 7 the redirect stderr and stdout to a file on the mounted volume. Then the exact event that caused the failure to occur.

It's likely a bug in the http request handlers (we had a bunch early on and I thought I fixed them all).

Can also be a bug in uClibc or something new.
