[isf-wifidog] admin account recovery

interesting, i have encountered the same issue while installing the latest
on the trunk. there is an error in the last stage of creating the super
admin, this is not created and it usually reverts back to the beginning
after entering the details of the system.

It would also help to know how to create the admin directly into the
database.
