[isf-wifidog] Additional login information required for wireless network

We have Wifidog installed in 43 locations and it almost always shows the "Additional login information required for wireless network, click here to open your browser" on Windows 7. Our setup does not have Firefox/IE show an information bar (that might be nice to do) but if you try to go anywhere it redirects you to the login page.

We do have a custom backend which authenticates against our automation system (Sirsi Unicorn) via SIP (it is significantly faster and less resource intensive than the "Standard" Wifidog one while giving us reports that are more meaningful to our library directors), but I think that the "Additional login information required for wireless network, click here to open your browser" message on Windows 7 is from the way that the gateway (a WRT54GL WAP in our case) blocks traffic.
