[isf-wifidog] Additional login information required for wireless network

Wifi solutions like Meraki after connecting show an icon in the system 
tray for Windows 7 (and possibly Vista) that says "Additional login 
information required for wireless network, click here to open your browser".

Firefox and IE also have an option to display a "information bar" that 
the user can close.

I've seen both of these on Meraki. Is there any way to implement this 
easily with wifidog? Often with wifidog, Windows 7 says "no internet 
access" which discourages users from even trying the browser.
