[isf-wifidog] Patch to display better on iPhone/iPod Touch devices

Bonjour,

Thanks to everyone responsible for putting on WifiDog camp a few weeks
back. I really enjoyed it. At the time, I said that I would work on a
patch to make the authentication server display better on the
iPhone/iPod touch. I finally finally had time to finish up the work I
started on that day (based on the strategy we discussed), and am
pretty happy with the results:

Comments welcome. I understood at the camp that wifidog is moving
towards using wordpress-mu as a frontend (at which point wifidog
adminstrators would have a choice of any number of mobile-friendly
themes), but I figure this is at least a nice interim measure for
those of us using such devices on the go. :) I'd love to see this on
iles-sans-fils.
