It's all good,
still not getting to XXX.XXX.XX.XXX/usr/local/bin/wifidog/instal.php
(X's are my servers IP ) requested URL was not found on this server

You need to do
yum install postgresql-server
what you installed was the client part. This will install the server part
that is needed.
