[isf-wifidog] Delete the default-network

I think the admin user was also deleted when I deleted the default-network.
So, I take the "rough way"(not sure about the expression but you'll
understand), I've drop the wifidog DB and create a new one and re
execute the install.php .
Now I think everything is OK.
