[isf-wifidog] Allow some access

I don't know if you can do that by domain name (can iptables have rules 
by domain name?  If yes, then yes), but you certainly can by ip address.
In the /etc/wifidog.conf file, around line 140 you have options 
FirewallRuleSet for different status.  You can play with those to make 
your walled garden grow!
