[isf-wifidog] Redirection issue with IE8 on Win7 64-bit

All,

We've had periodic issues were Win7 64-bit clients running IE8 don't get 
redirected to the portal page.  All other clients behind the same gateway will 
work fine.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so, have you found a fix?
