Hi,

you can allow/deny in the wifidog.conf with the FirewallRule.
Otherwise, you may filter with a proxy like squid.
You can autorise only the proxy in the firewall rule, configure your 
client to use it,
with a wpad.dat for example, and filter with the proxy.
