[isf-wifidog] Wifidog coming releases

Hello all,

The first of a series of releases will come out at the end of September. 

We'll work by sprints (https://dev.wifidog.org/wiki/WifidogSprints)
where a new dated release will occur at the end of each month.  You can
contribute or follow what will be on each release by going to a specific
sprint page.  Sprint page for september is
https://dev.wifidog.org/wiki/Sprint0909.

If you have any patches that you want to see for a specific release,
please make sure you commit / post them on time.
