[isf-wifidog] For those having iptables problems, especially on kamikaze

For your info, the wifidog packages shipped by kamikaze are still broken for
demendencies.

That means that you will have some possibly very hard to diagnoe error message
in the log, and most likely people redirected, able to login, but not given
internet access.

The last time I revisited the kamikaze build script (april 2008) the following
packages were required:
kmod-ipt-extra
iptables-mod-extra
kmod-ipt-ipopt
iptables-mod-ipopt
kmod-ipt-nat
iptables-mod-nat
libpthread

I don't know if any of them have changed names, and I am currently moving, so
I don't have routers to test.

Two things are sure:
-If any of them is missing, you will have problems.
-If you install the wifidog in kamikaze repositories, the won't get pulled in.

The kamikaze package on sourceforge will always work properly in kamikaze
7.09. Obviously, it won't work on 8.09, because the packaging system changed.
