[isf-wifidog] How to run wifidog on Netgear WNR834B

Please can anyone help me on how to setup wifidog using Netgear  WNR834Bv2
router.
I would like to know how can set it up (installation), if I can use ubuntu
linux and if I must have 2 NICs.
