[isf-wifidog] svn wifidog-gateway and svn openwrt problem

Greetings-

It seems that OpenWrt 8.09 doesn't support the index() and rindex()
functions that libhttpd uses.  Here is a patch that makes libhttpd use
strchr() and strrchr() instead.  I have been running wifidog for about
a month this way, and I haven't had any problem.

Since strchr() and strrchr() are older functions, this patch shouldn't
break other distributions' packages.
