There is no UI to end their session remotely.  Even if there was, they could 
just re-login.

You could set the status of their account status to locked, but I don't think 
this is verified for open sessions.  It could be done however (at a small 
performance cost).

You could use abuse control and not worry about it.

You could wait for MAC blacklisting.
