[isf-wifidog] HELP! Lost Admin Account

It would screw up the stats by removing some of the information
(through foreign keys) or refuse completely to delete the user
(also through foreign keys). At least that's what I remember,
but I'm not sure at the moment since the screwed stats would be
a problem in the first place.
