You probably need to add the permission you your user account.
Unfortunately I am not near a working install, and can't remember what I
called it. However it should be pretty straight forward. I think the
options are in the server administration menu, then once you have
permissions there will be a new menu item in network administration.

Thanks for your reply. I did reinstall using the svn checkout, and
database seems to be up-to-date "Database /wifidog/ exists and is up to
date (shema version /64/)." according to install. I can see Mac.php
added to /classes as well as mac_blacklist table in database, but
where/how can I access and use this feature if I want to ban macs in
wifidog?
