[isf-wifidog] removing fw_quiet flag from gateway

I would suggest that the ability to turn them on and off is achieved through a config option in wifidog.config.
 
I would also recommend that the same is done for securing the status page please.

Currently the gateway has a global fw_quiet flag which determines if
iptables errors are shown, which is only used to hide errors during
shutdown. I would rather see those errors as well: an unclean shutdown
can result in reasonably nasty problems.

Are there any objections to doing that?
