[isf-wifidog] Failed to connect to any auth servers

Ok,

I finally got suitable router equipment, and got install of WIFIDog
Auth.net installed. My router complains "Failed to connect to any auth
servers" What exactly does it check (eg, so I can isolate the fault to
either the router or the auth server itself.

Anyone got a public auth servers I can point it to for like 5 min to
see if it redirects web requests?
