[isf-wifidog] Running several instances of wifidog gateway

I just saw ticket 466. That contain lists two different issues and really 
should be split into two tickets so they can be discussed and tracked 
separately.

I am wondering why you want to run two gateway instances instead of one 
instance with support for multiple interfaces. I'm tinkering with the later 
and should have that working next week.
