[isf-wifidog] Wifidog rewrite and protocol v2

Hey phil,

	I'm getting in on the action a bit late, but do you have an SVN/Branch
for the V2 code? I wouldn't mind getting my hands a bit dirty again. Heck, I
even installed linux on my mac to host a buildroot ;-).
