[isf-wifidog] Install Script

Attached is a change to the install script.

Minor fixes are:
Ability to access the changelog (although crudely)
Folder Permissions table cell now red if missing (like dependencies
table)

Also, a major update(that will close #377 if implemented) is the ability
to add select different SQL files, instead of the file initial data. It
automatically populates the combo box from a new folder created @
"wifidog-auth/sql/initaldata/" also, the "original inital-data.sql" file
needs to be in this folder.

There is currently a minor bug that if exiting the install script whilst
on the Inital Data Selection page, it will leave your database corrupt
and it will have to be recreated. Although the DB would technically not
have any data anyway. Also, the code probably needs tidying (especially
the placement of the patterns (moved to the top of the php)).

Last but not least, Please can one of the main developers send me a
cheat sheet on how to commit to the SVN, or create a test branch... (i
have been working on MAC Blacklisting but need some help)
