[isf-wifidog] Problem with wifidog pakcage

Thanks for your comments... the package is the official, the problem was
only that I didn`t uncompressed in /usr/src/, no more, excuses for that...
In this moment the portal is running and I'm going to configure
wifidog.confconfiguration file.
