I have set up a install of WiFiDog to work at our LAN party, I have 
already set it up so that people are able to access our LAN website 
(externally hosted) with out being authenticated (or if they go over 
their quota). We are also looking at adding in some other services that 
we would perfere not to be counted towards peoples quota.
But so far I have not been able to find a way to make it so that a 
particular website / IP address does not count towards your download / 
uploads used.
If somebody has some idea of how todo this it would be much appreciated.
