[isf-wifidog] Splash-only AND statistics?

Greetings!

 	I apologize in advance if my question is on the website somewhere and 
I'm unable to find it.
 	I just discovered Wifidog and think it would make an ideal solution for 
public libraries who want to simply force users to "OK" an acceptable use 
policy. We're presently using chillspot with a bogus Radius server backend that 
basically authenticates everyone. However, librarians are NUTTY about 
statistics.
 	Is it possible to set Wifidog up to do splash-only but still maintain 
stats? The "Breakdown of how many users actually use the network" would be 
most desirable.
