[isf-wifidog] radius documentation

Hello,
I posted this a few days back b/c I am running into problems authenticating
against an external RADIUS server and I am having problem. I am thinking I
am missing some configuration paramater however I am not able to read the
documentation. When I go to peruse the documentation I see the following and
I am totally stumped. I apologize about the repost.

I am trying to read the documentation in
http://server_ip/classes/Authenticators/AuthenticatorRadius.php However when
I bring this or any pages located in the Authenticators directory I get the
following error:

*Does exist though and the permission appear to be fine. Can someone help me
out with this? I would greatly appreciate it.
