[isf-wifidog] [isf-op] Request for a tool: uptime/downtime statistics

For what it's worth, I built this a while ago:
http://auth.wirelesstoronto.ca/monitor/

It's external to wifidog (sorry -- I just haven't had the time to dive into
that code), but it's come in handy for us.

I only wrote it for our own use (aka the code is ugly), but if anyone's
interested in the code (php+mysql) either to run on its own or integrate
into wifidog, I'm happy to share it.
