[isf-wifidog] Moving the Dog

I have installed the Auth Server on Ubuntu Linux, on a PC in my office at
home. It works well, and I would like to move it to a web hosting server
like GoDaddy or NetFirms or Digital Days.

But for the life of me I can't figure out how to do that. If I find a host
that includes PHP5 and PostGreSQL and so on, how do I transfer to my
webspace all the required files? Is there a script to do this? Or just a
list of all the files so one could do it manually?

If this is covered in the WiFiDog documentation, I haven't found it - please
point it out to me.
