[isf-wifidog] New User Questions

Just installed wifidog auth and gateway this week on Fedora 8 and so far
so good just had a few questions.
starting the pqsql  "postmaster -D /whatever/data" I start it in the
terminal, can it been done as part of startup?
Can the request free account on main screen be removed? We will give the
students their login.
Whets the best way of adding a disclaimer to the login page.
