It's prossible
I do that with shorewall (http://www.shorewall.net) for firewall system,
if you like tranparent mode for squid 
add this, 

/sbin/iptables -t nat -I WiFiDog_WIFI2Internet -i eth1 -m mark --mark
0x2 -p tcp --dport 80 -d ! 172.16.8.0/24 -j REDIRECT --to-port 3128
